About Bryan
I’m Bryan DiSanto — the Owner, Chief Editor, and Designer of LeanItUP.com. Additionally, I’m an ACE certified Personal Trainer, ISSA certified Sports Nutrition Expert, NYU-Stern School of Business alum, ex-fat kid, and absolute fitness/nutrition/health NUT.
Over the past 6 years I’ve transformed my body in the most schizophrenic way fathomable. During my junior year of high school I peaked at a FAT 210 lbs/25% body fat (5’11); by the end of my freshman year of college I had pulled a “Freshman -65″ and dropped all the way down to a ridiculously skinny 145 lbs, and literally looked like I was dying of hunger; and in nearly 3 years since I’ve packed on over 30 pounds of pure, natural, grade A muscle to hit a leaned up 175 lbs — all while keeping my body fat at an all time low of 7%.
Over that time period I’ve experimented with 100′s of different workout routines, exercises, crazy diets, and supplements. Through all of the trial and error, self guinea pig-age, and body transformation I’ve ultimately reached a point at which I straight-up know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to sculpting an unbelievable body in the healthiest, most effective, most enjoyable way possible.
My goal is to help YOU avoid the same mistakes and pain that I’ve experienced. Hopefully my writing at Lean It Up can help achieve that.
