About Bryan DiSanto

ELLO ELLO. I’m Bryan DiSanto, the Owner & Editor-in-Chief of LeanItUP.com. More importantly, I’m a:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) & Sports Nutritionist (CSN)
  • Chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris
  • Writer for Men’s Health
  • Brand Ambassador for P&G’s Meta Wellness Line
  • NYU alum, ex-fat kid, and absolute fitness/nutrition/health nutso.

Over the past 7 years I’ve transformed my body in the most schizophrenic way fathomable. During my junior year of high school I peaked at a FAT 210 lbs/25% body fat (5’11); by the end of my freshman year of college I pulled a “Freshman -65″ and dropped all the way down to a ridiculously skinny 145 lbs, and literally looked like I was dying of hunger; and in the years since I’ve packed on over 30 pounds of pure, natural, grade A muscle to hit a leaned up 175 lbs — all while keeping my body fat hovering around an all-time low of 7%.

Over that time period I’ve worked with 1000’s of people globally and personally experimented with 100s of different workout routines, exercises, crazy diets, and supplements. Through all of the trial and error, self guinea pig-age, and body transformation I’ve ultimately reached a point at which I straight-up know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to sculpting an unbelievable body in the healthiest, most effective, most enjoyable way possible.

My goal is to help YOU avoid the same mistakes and pain that I experienced, and make the adventure to a stellar physique safer, smarter, cheaper, and oh-so-much easier. Hopefully my writing at Lean It UP can help achieve that.
