What I Like:

  • Very low-calorie
  • No added sugar or artificial ingredients — it’s all milk
  • High in potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and riboflavin
  • Low total sugar, all of which is from lactose (in the milk)
  • Fat free

 

What I Don’t:

  • Weak probiotic profile
  • Tastes…blah.
  • No vitamin D
