Oatmeal is one of the healthiest foods on the planet. Really…oatmeal!? Yup, it’s up there with other health powerhouses like salmon, acai, almonds, quinoa, flax, chia, and kale–just to name a few. In its natural form (not with added sugar or preservatives, I’m talking about 100% natural Quaker oats/steel-cut oats) oatmeal is as healthy as it gets, and it’s perfect for weight-loss.
