  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. Meta Appetite Control (unflavored)

  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 container pumpkin or apple cinnamon flavored Greek yogurt
  • 4 ice cubes
  • *Optional — add 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum to make it thicker.
