If there’s one question I’m constantly assaulted with, it’s some twisted variation of this —
“What is the highest-impact change you can make to your diet?”
More poignantly, everyone seems to think that there’s some sort of instantaneous, voodoo-magic elixir that’ll miraculously slice cholesterol levels and body fat, boost lean muscle and vanquish toxins, and fortify the heart — simultaneously. Everyone’s convinced that legend exists — that there’s a singular antidote for elite health, fitness, and longevity — and the pursuit is relentless.
Case-in-point, nearly every herb that Dr. Oz promotes — from raspberry ketone to garcinia cambogia — which sell by the dump truck based on nothing more than a few Floyd-Mayweather-powerful promotional headlines, Dr. Oz’ cache, and feeble pseudo-science (to varying degrees). Desperation leads to a lot of crazy things; that’s why supp stores physically devote 6+ shelves to anything and everything Oz promotes. And it flies.
But if you’re looking for a real, tried-and-testing, cure-all. Here’s your answer. Your golden ticket to unlock lifelong longevity, ridonkulous six-pack abs, and radiant health; and it won’t cost you a penny.

What!? Is That A Real Answer!?
Eat REAL FOOD. That means less processed, chemical-laden junk, and anything that you’d generally find in a box, bag, can, or wrapper. Seems simplistic, right? There’s tremendous power underwriting the dichotomy between whole, REAL food and processed, mechanized, toxic sludge. Switching to the former ignites a chain reaction of powerful principles.
It’s not confusing, misleading, or too good to be true, it really isn’t; it’s just different.
It’s about a massive paradigm shift. Forming a new mindset; one that rebels against Big Food, conventional nutritional wisdom, and the magnetic pressures of America’s obese society. It’s amazing how many wonderful principles branch out from that one elegantly unsophisticated concept —
- More vegetables.
- More whole fruit (excl. juice and dried fruit) — that means more vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytochemicals, fiber, and generally all of the essentials that construct an absurdly healthy body.
- Less soda, energy drinks, sport beverages, and other sugar-saturated drinks that are basically canned formaldehyde.
- Less sugar, artificial sweeteners, chemicals, and other sweet additives that stimulate fat storage; it’ll only come naturally from fruit, dairy, vegetables, and perhaps agave/honey.
- Higher quality proteins, in the form of wild-caught fish, antibiotic-free poultry, HQ lean beef (preferably grass-fed), eggs, some dairy (Greek yogurt, low-fat milk, etc.), veggies and legumes, nuts, and even whey/other protein powders.
- Reliance on antioxidant-rich, anti-inflammatory, low calorie spices; not dressings and sauces.
- More healthy fats oozing with omega-3s — olive oil, nuts, avocado, salmon and other fatty fish, coconut, flax, chia, etc.; and ZERO heart-disintegrating trans fats and hydrogenated oils.
- Higher quality, complex, low-GI grains and carbohydrate sources — oats, quinoa, barley, brown rice, sweet potatoes, wheatberries, buckwheat, amaranth, and others.
