How Many Calories Are In YOUR Favorite Girl Scout Cookie? [Infographic]

Honesty, everyone loves Girl Scout Cookies. They’re absolutely delicious, and it’s basically impossible to say no to little kids selling kiddy crack.

I’m sorry to say though, that just like crack, Girl Scout cookies are horrible for your health — specifically the waistline. Each flavor packs a different level of damage…ahem, calories…with Thanks-a-Lots, Lemonades, and Taglongs leading the pack.

My favorite and IMO the best flavor ever created–Thin Mintsare actually pretty respectable.

Check out the infographic below from Wired Magazine for calorie counts on all of the Girl Scout cookie flavors.

Drop a quick comment with your favorite Girl Scout cookie flavor and why. Let’s get nostalgic and have an old school, irrational argument as to why we’re all undoubtedly right about the best GS cookie flavor.

My husband and I are not on the same page when it comes to weight loss and being healthy. I don’t eat any kind of cookies or cupcakes because I just can’t justify them going in my body. My husband on the other hand loves girl scout cookies especially tags longs and samoas. He started weight watchers in January and the next day ordered a box each of the fore said cookies. I said to him, “I thought you were on weight watchers” and his response was, “I am that’s why I only ordered two boxes.” all I can say is I’m so glad he left the box hanging off the counter and our dog ate them so my husband didn’t! 🙂 By the way I have followed a similar eating habit as you have talked about and I’ve lost 62lbs so far! So thanks for the great tips and advice!

    •  @Brittany20209 HAHA! I’m totally with you on this one. That’s absolutely hilarious that the dog ate them after all–that’s what he gets for buying them in the first place!

WOW–congratulations! Good for you, that’s a tremendous change. Keep up the hard work.

      Always happy to help!
