This couldn’t be more true — you’ll NEVER carve out a defined set of abs if your diet is complete crap.
Ab exercises build core muscle mass, accentuate individual ab muscles, and lay the foundation; a clean diet ensures that you can actually SEE the masterpiece that you’ve built.
3. 3 Little Things.
Do these 3 things today. Really, it’s easy.
4. Strive For More.
“Good is not enough if better is possible.”
Stop settling for good, adequate, or sufficient. Strive to be GREAT at all times.
If there’s an opportunity to grow, improve, or do something new — TAKE IT. Stretch yourself constantly, even if it’s a little uncomfortable.
Mistakes lead to growth, but that growth only really starts with self-forgiveness. It ALWAYS gets better.
Reflect and learn, but do yourself a MASSIVE favor and avoid dwelling.
