Throw chocolate/mint chocolate whey protein powder, almond milk, and Edy’s mint chocolate chip ice cream in a large blender.

Add 1 drop peppermint extract for an extra minty protein shake, if desired. Blend on high until smooth and the color is a solid, light brown. Blending should last about 15 – 20 seconds on high.
