So THIS Is What Cristiano Ronaldo Uses To Build His Chiseled Jawline [Video]

This is utterly ridiculous. And I can’t stop watching it. Apparently Cristiano Ronaldo is endorsing something for just about every part of his body.

I also contribute to Men's Health Magazine.

When I'm not working on my abs (or somebody else’s), whipping up avocado roses and avocado toast, or running a Tough Mudder, I'm probably yelling at a Carolina Panthers game somewhere.

What made the biggest impression on me from Apple’s “Let’s Talk iPhone” event ironically wasn’t the iPhone at all (I was actually underwhelmed), but rather the next-gen, buffed-up, iPod Nano. From a fitness POV, this thing is damn near perfect. It’s functional. The Nano sports an accelerometer–the sensor that allows the Nano to act as a pedometer. The built-in fitness app tracks the # of steps, calories burned, pace, and duration of your runs/workouts. It can also talk to you and voice-over motivational messages…fancy. It’s your own little pocket-sized personal trainer! It’s analytical. All of the data collected by the fitness app is easily exported into the Nike+ website. Online you can view your workout history, progress, take part in forums, and even enter challenges based on your activity levels. It’s simple, and I love simple. The Nano comes pre-packed, right...

I’m normally 100% skeptical of all “as seen on TV” fitness gadgets, as the majority are honestly complete crap and a total waste of money. The Uroclub…really…? The one exception I’ve found? The Iron Gym Xtreme. This contraption is an unassuming beast. For sub $30 you get a beyond easy-to-install, full body powerhouse. It’s literally the only fitness gadget that’ll actually get ripped like the stud muffin on the front of the box. I have one and I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEE it. Unlike most in-home pull up bars, with the Iron Gym Xtreme there’s no installation…no drilling holes in your door frame…AND it’s portable. In literally two seconds anyone can be set-up and ready to get shredded out of their mind–it snaps comfortably and securely on top of most standard door frames. How phenomenal is that!? It gets better… The Iron Gym Xtreme...

If you’re looking for something truly unique, cutting-edge, and straight up awesome this holiday season, the MOTOACTV by Motorola might be exactly what you’re looking for. At first glance the MOTOACTV looks like a sleeker, sexier version of the iPod Nano, but let me be the first to tell you…it’s not just a dumb blonde—there are tangible brains and technology behind this beauty. Imagine the perfect fitness device…a super device if you will…that combines the mp3 capabilities of an iPod Nano; the fitness tracking technology of a Garmin watch; the heart rate reading capabilities of a Polar device; and an online progress tracking platform powered by Nike+…that’s the MOTOACTV in a nutshell…and it’s absolutely glorious. It’s fitness tracking + mp3 bundled into one, tiny, Android powered package. It’s something (to my knowledge) that’s never been done before…it’s about time! Features   8/16GB...

Today I’m bringing you an uncharacteristically early Christmas gift (well, it’s my way of making up for my slackage)…a 9-for-1 holiday fitness gift guide extravaganza. As Emeril once said…BAM!!   # 4 – The FitBit Ultra   The FitBit Ultra provides an original—and quite frankly refreshing—new way to track activity levels. Forget watches and chest straps…the nifty little device discreetly clips to your waistband, belt, pocket, etc. and is capable of accurately tracking # of steps, calories burned, stairs climbed, distance traveled, and exercise intensity. What’s better? The FitBit also tracks your sleep patterns. Wear it at night and it’ll accurately shoot out a “sleep efficiency index,” which basically provides a sleep score based on the time in which you fell asleep, snooze duration, and how many times you woke up. Additionally, all exercise & sleep data is automatically, wirelessly uploaded...
