Shout out to Tee Major Fitness for putting together this incredible compilation of The 44 Best Bodyweight Exercises Ever. Between 360º push ups, back flip burpees, and hanging ab shredders, some of the exercises in here are absolutely bonkers. While 99.9% of people can’t perform every one of the ridonkulous exercises included, just visually seeing the capabilities of the human body is fantastic motivation and fuel to propel your own fitness goals.

Maybe it’ll even drive you to diversify and elevate those goals. Instead of shooting for unoriginal weight-loss and muscle growth, maybe you’ll add doing a Dragon Flag to your fitness checklist. If you can somehow get to all 44, give yourself a pat on the butt and consider yourself at the apex of full-body strength.

Congratulations, you’ve just beaten life.

As the video progresses the exercises get increasingly more ridiculous. View it as a progression in-line with your own growth — the moves at the beginning can reasonably form a foundation of body weight exercises in your workout regimen; the movements at the end are something to strive for in the long run as you reach an elite level of fitness.
