Working out while listening to music is right up there with a few of the best pairs in history…Spongebob and Patrick, PB & J, Pikachu and Ash…it just works. In my mind music is an essential part of working out. Not only does it amp up focus, but music with a high BPM (beats per minute) can actually help elevate heart raise and increase workout intensity.
Below is the official Lean It UP workout playlist, which consists of 200+ lightning-fast, high intensity songs (it’s a lot of House, Hip-Hop, Top 40, Dubstep, etc.) that are guaranteed to push you to the point where you’ll be pumped up to murder someone a few sets.
